Delicious toast perfect for breakfast or lunch. Can be made full size, or smaller as open face sandwiches for cocktail parties.

1 Bread of your choice
1 tbsp Philadelphia Smoked Salmon
1 oz Smoked Gouda
10 Pickles
For Toasting
0.10 oz Butter

Melt the butter in a pan.

Fry the slice of toast on both sides until golden brown.

Spread the Philadelphia on top of the warm toast.

Top off with the gouda and pickles.
