Soft fluffy bread for your breakfast, lunch, or snack sandwich. Make it any size or shape you want.
Heat up the milk until it is finger warm.
Mix all the ingredients in a Kitchenaid standup mixer or by hand.
Cover the dough with a baking towel and let rise for ~45min.
Take out the dough from the bowl, and onto a flat surface.
Cut up the dough in ~12 piece.
Roll each piece round, or oval (or any shape you'd like) and put on a baking sheet.
Cover with a baking towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Turn on oven on 390ºF (200ºC).
Spray each bun with water (or brush carefully with a whipped up egg), and sprinkle some poppy seeds.
Bake the buns for 10-15min until they are golden brown.
Take out and let rest for ~10min.
